I was walked through, and talked through way which may or may not be of help to me. There was a question mark over grab rails and hand rails and the OT brought as shop to explain reasons for not being able to organize those. I felt involved with every decision.

A very helpful 2 visits and nothing could have been done better.

The staff were great, they helped in all manner of ways on COPD, keeping fit and health issues. I highly recommend this service.

I am not sure there is any way to improve the service. I ma so pleased to have Talan part.
