My child attended the catch up session for the vaccination. She was anxious during the original set and did not receive it first time round. This time she was made to feel so comfortable, she had a really good experience and we are very happy about the service. She said they spoke with her to make her feel good. Also, a staff member called me in advance of both times to confirm that my child was ok with the vaccinations given her medical history. This was really thoughtful and very helpful to us. A big thank you to the team!

I thought Mel was brilliant she totally listened to my child and gave some positive ideas to help.my child felt confident talking to Mel and enjoyed her sessions

Karen is very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable for the first time we met. I am really happy with the service she has provided me and feel all my concerns and needs have been listened to and met to a very high standard.

Training was given to our chosen care company in a timely manner. Taking notice of the patients energy levels and time of day considered. The trainer encouraged everyone present to be involved in the training and supported family involvement.
