The professionalism was exemplary. Alison Haine approach was empathetic and she was careful to both listen to us, involve us in the discussion, explain the medical issues and conduct the physical tests with an awareness of the need to reassure my wife when necessary. By the end of the interview she had gained a comprehensive assessment of my wife's needs and had helpful suggestions as to future plans. These included a recommendation, after discussion with her Consultant , of a change in medication which has been approved and activated by the practice GP.
