Beth is very good and caring towards myself and my wife. Information and a CD given to help to manage my care and condition and to carry on with my exercises. Beth gave me help to get some walking aids to have to get around the house which was very helpful and caring. I was given information and contact numbers which was very helpful. Very happy with the care i received from Beth and like to say thank you to Beth.

They were good at listening and asked thoughtful questions. Patient, waited for me to answer even if it took me a while to process.

More time to learn and apply strategies to manage my difficulties because I found the team really helpful and I would have liked more time with them.

Jenny is wonderful, marvellous and caring and was lovely to see Jenny. I was given contact numbers and her email for our communications. Jenny also gave me a video to help me with my exercises and to carry on doing them.

No not at all as i was very satisfied and had wonderful care.

Hannah was very good and made me feel at ease and gave me confidence to help with my exercises. We also had lovely conversations. I was shown how to find information for my care and exercises and via the internet. Hannah also gave me a CD which helps to manage my condition and exercises.

No improvement needed as Hannah was very good.
