Dr made a very respectable impression. Calm, listened gave advice and did what she could. I gave fewer stars on how I was involved in any decisions because I should only be involved so much, that is why I need to see a doctor. I don’t support patients coming in trying to dictate everything. I also gave fewer stars on the waiting time. As I came with an appointment and was seen immediately this didn’t apply.

Suggested improvements
The doctor said she would send the report to my GP, however when I spoke to my GP’s secretary as well as my actual GP they had not been supplied with the report yet. This was frustrating since I saw the out of hours doctor type it all up and I had to explain everything again. Unsure why it had not come through to them, this should be improved. Also because this way my GP has to trust whatever I say happened when I saw the out of hours doctor which some people might find easy to abuse.

Thank you for your feedback on your attendance to the GP OOH service in Oxford. All clinical notes when completed are immediately electronically emailed to the GP surgery to be added to the patient notes. If you would like to contact PALS@oxfordhealth.nhs.uk we will be able to look into your attendance and review whether the notes were electronically transferred to your surgery after being seen.
