We had limited knowledge about how to support our daughter when she arrived in the Uk and when Caroline and the team started up supporting us, they guided us through most of the standards as well as made necessary referral necessary for her support. We are very relaxed and feel like we are in good hands towards giving our daughter the best support. Our answers in the survey reflects how satisfied we are and appreciative as well of the teams support.

I am at the moment satisfied with the support and believe just being a better version of this current standard will be an improvement.
