Pt’s gave feedback 'Elaine went above and beyond, liaising with the hospital to get blood results as soon as possible. I was corvid positive. I'm feeling a bit better now and I am now showing a negative result. Elaine was kind, caring, really amazing. I cant stress how important it was that we were seen at home as obviously we had covid and it would have been risk to others to go into A&E and it would have been too difficult with the way we were feeling.
