Very easy to get in contact with and everyone has been lovely and kind.

More information needs to be provided on childcare for parent's returning to work. I was given incorrect information twice indicating that there was no nursery funding available for my baby when in fact it was introduced in last years spring budget. This is 15 hours a week as of September 2024 for children 9 months and over, which will increase next September to 30 hours. If I had known this and not given the incorrect information I would've added my son to a waiting list as soon as he was born. Waiting lists are over a year long in most nurseries, which also needs to be communicated. Returning to work should be a key topic of discussion, and more information on childcare needs to be communicated. Maybe the team should consider creating some information leaflets?
