I was told a duty doctor would call me at 5 pm instead a paramedic text me at 5.50 pm and had not spoken to me and made a decision on my urine dip slide and decide as I was a elderly woman I had a UTI infection that I had taken in when I saw the nurse for a blood test. I was so poorly that evening that I had to call 111 and my son took me to see the out of hours Doctor who did another urine test and due to the pain in my upper stomach and the temperature the night before decided that the kidneys infection I was in the AAU unit at the JR hospital 9 days previously haven’t completely cleared up so gave me some antibiotics
