Clear information has always been given to me and I’ve never been made to feel I can’t ask questions. I’ve had to wait longer than hoped for meetings etc but I’ve been told that’s due to rise in cases and not enough staff.

Suggested improvements
Email or text updates if you’re waiting for an appointment etc. sometimes you feel you’ve been forgotten about and it would be nice to know a rough estimate of waiting times etc.
