Diane was my councillor, and she really helped me. She was so understanding and made sure I knew everything that was going on. I’ve had councillors before and I didn’t feel comfortable talking to them or telling them things. Where as this time I could really trust Diane with something I hadn’t told anyone before and I’ve seen a lot more change in myself and same with my parents.
