Pt's son gave feedback ' Elaine and the service she provided were good when she did the visit, she spent time with my mother and it was vital that she saw her as my mother could not get into hospital."

"There was some kind of mix up from the doctor and we were told that my mother was going into hospital, but then urgent care arrived. This was preferable but stressful not knowing what was going on. Also I was told by Elaine that she would call me back about blood results however I have not heard from her."
