The team are always on hand and quick to remind both of us how they are there for anything additionally needed. There have been some frustrations with communication but I do feel listened to and as we continue to work together it has got much better.

I would only say one thing that may have helped my child to settle into the service more and ease anxiety would have been if staff members weren’t on leave for my child’s start with the service. I know this is difficult to avoid so isn’t a complaint as such but this is improving again with time going by.
