Pt's daughter gave feedback 'Urgent care were brilliant. Jess was thorough, efficient and caring, it was excellent and my mother was admitted as it was discovered she had a hip fracture '.

Pts daughter reports urgent were great, but in terms of the other services "The follow up care for the hip fracture has been abysmal. The JR attempted to discharge her with no proper care at home, she would have ended up falling again". PALS number has been given to pt.'s daughter so she can complain.
