When I received this call I was feeling very down and unwell but there was this person who understood and wanted to help. Living with Diabetes is hard but I was not alone. [name removed] helped me to sort out my glucose levels and whether it was her advice or just having that call the next day was so much better. I cannot thank [name removed] enough for her care.
