Everything was explained well. I felt that the Physio was genuinely interested in one and would help in any way she could. Only slight improvement is time keeping although I understand this is difficult.

I was given a realistic and understandable. Answer to my problems in a friendly and helpful manner. It would be an improvement to have such advice. More reality available.

Everything about the care I received was excellent. The MRI scan was explained to me in detail and the problems with the prolasped disc was highlighted so that I could see where the problem was. The exercises I was given were well implemented and print out was given so that I can carry on with them home. I feel that I am able to manage the problem on my own now with the exercises, but if it ve - occurs I have the option to return.

Very professional service. Good quick assessment with appropriate exercises to do. The waiting time for an appointment could be improved.
