Quite disappointed by the approach used by this doctor. Didn't know my child has ASD. My child is in tears now. Just firing questions and expecting answers is not a good approach to a young girl who has ASD, social anxiety.

I had 2 children seen by this service. I found the service for my youngest extremely helpful. But with my eldest somewhat difficult, information shared is very sporadic, and the waiting time between specialists in each area can be very frustrating.

The service has always been a great provision and have been impressed with the outcomes. The only thing to improve has been not always been able to change appointments to suit schooltimes, however I am aware this is a busy service.
