My child's care was very good. I felt her needs were considered and thought was put into the care she received. Improve timing ( having to wait for therapists/care workers over appointment times).

Staff were friendly and approachable BUT I felt frustrated and disappointed because after seeing a psychiatrist and being informed my son would be referred to a neurologist, have further assessment and I would receive a report of the meeting - over 4 months later I am still waiting!!

difficulty juggling with work/school due to location and distance but quality of service more important. Dr Carpentiro-Blauce does a very thorough job, researches, considers, discusses with colleagues if needed and generally comes across as a very professional Dr. We do find however, that CAMHS is struggling from under funding and when Dr. Carpentiro was away it was v.difficult to get anywhere near the same level of service due to staff shortages and pressures of work at this very valuable service.
