Nurses always pleasant and thoughtful. Reliable, know they will turn up if delayed. My understanding of my role and they are taught and will always explain why something is being done. I feel more relaxed and better because of the above.

The nurses do a grand job as I know they have many more patients to treat besides me, but while my legs are leaking I would like a daily visit to get legs changed if possible. It's only because my legs are so sore. keep up the good work, nurses.

The district nurses that attend Southfield House are always professional and treat the residents they see with dignity and respect. They inform service staff of any changes to care.

Was at a very low place after getting my mums diagnosis I felt as if I would have to cope on my own but with the expertise of [name removed] and [name removed] who just listened and understood my problems made it easy for me to go forward and start to think of myself. Please keep up the kind and thoughtful job that you do I’m living proof that you can go forward

I gave the highest score because I’m very satisfied with the breastfeeding team . They helped me on time and gave me very good advice,they showed me empathy and understanding and helped me to book doctor to check my child’s tongue if is not tie tongue. They were kind,polite and respectful. I wish in every institution worked people of that kind .I’m very grateful

I contacted the feeding time for advice regarding my babies feeding, and ways to continue with my feeding journey. [name removed] was very informative, providing evidence for her advice and giving me options that would suit me and my baby as opposed to generic information.
