Home visit to help with starting to breastfeed twins. [name removed] was beyond helpful, calm and patient with me and the babies, respected all of my decisions and continually checked in as to how I was feeling about certain elements and with the process.

Really pleased with how quickly [name removed] called called and was notified of when calls were being made and also with the bladder scan, really good service in that it could be done in Rachels home

[name removed] and [name removed] were my peer support carer workers. They visited me at my home, which was where I felt comfortable and safe to share my thoughts and experiences and in turn receive incredible advice back, guidance, and understanding. I can't fault them in any way, this is a great programme and something I was completely unaware of. I think its an excellent service.

[name removed] was the best person who assisted my daughter in getting the best support, and eventual diagnosis. I was lacking support from the health visiting team, who didn’t see my concerns of ASD with my daughter, and it made me feel concerned and unsupported. I received a call from [name removed] to say she had noticed the concerns, has taken them on board and very quickly organised to meet me and my daughter. She immediately saw what I saw and became an advocate for my daughter. She visited preschool, made notes, observed her and prompted setting to act further. [name removed] supported me on the phone, and via email and eventually we received a diagnosis for my daughter - so we were right in the end, we did see differences in her in comparison to neurotypical children. We couldn’t have done this without [name removed].

[name removed] was spot on. The only improvement would be health visiting referring to her in the first instance.
