My sons support worker is extremely kind and patient with my son. He recognises his struggles with mental health and is always available to give advice and support. He does not judge and makes himself available to support me and my son whenever needed.
He has been excellent at explaining my sons needs when in employment to his employers
Suggested improvements
Perhaps monitor employers better as my son was employed by Kettering General Hospital who did not help him or make the necessary adjustments to help him succeed in employment with them

[name removed] is very helpful understanding regarding my struggles with mental health and speaking with her makes me feel better.
Suggested improvements
The service is great and has helped me so much but i would like to be able to meet my caller for a coffee in a public place.

The car park at St. Mary's is very crowded and a minibar in the waiting room would be nice

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, we can't provide a minibar. The car park is busy, but we now manage it through anpr cameras to prevent people others than staff, patients and families parking.
