Thought the workshop was informative but not relevant to my sons needs at all. Found it to be more of a generic workshop. Would prefer if you could group the attendees participating all on one workshop based on similar needs. Eg one workshop for parents/carers of children having bedwetting problems, one for sen problems etc as lots of the questions from parents were completely irrelevant to us yet might have been very important to people having similar issues. This also made the session run on much longer and I had to miss the end due to having to do school pick up. So could maybe also change the time slightly? [name removed] was very friendly and informative and although the information couldn't help us I did find it to be very well presented with lots of information. Thanks

My husband and I had an extremely positive experience. They were so kind and helpful towards us as carers and our son. [name removed] was very empathetic. I was also very impressed with the peer to peer services which has been extremely helpful. I have been dealing with [name removed] who is great.

wanted to say thank you to [name removed] and [name removed], both of you for the fantastic care you gave him at the weekend. Despite it being OPEL 4 and his catheter being extremely problematic you still managed to change it without causing him any pain or trauma, the last two times he has ended up in A&E so his wife was so relieved and she said it was important that she thank you.

Carers group - I felt involved and supported throughout the 6 weeks of evening group sessions. The interaction between [name removed] and [name removed] with me and the other carers was excellent, we all had time to speak with honesty and I felt listened to.

I honestly dont think they could have done anything better.

The support is always above and beyond treated with respect and always proffesional with understanding and compasion.
