Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were not assisted to get up prior to 10 a.m., we welcome all requests to support people get up and go to bed when they wish. Every person at Turn Furlong has a medication assessment on admission and I am sorry this was not shared with you, we will discuss this at our next unit meeting and display as a "you said, we did".

Thank you for your review. Generally for the security of the unit we would lock our doors when there are reduced numbers of staffing, we are however always willing to consider individual requests for people to stay out after 9 p.m.
