[name removed] and [name removed] reach out to my family after my daughter had attempted to take her own life on a couple of ocassions. They provided me somewhere to sit, talk and reason. They both have a wealth of personal experience, and although every situation is different, their ability to relate or discuss similar situations, understanding or potential coping methods has been invaluable. From one to one sessions to family sessions they made me feel at ease in the all.

[name removed] and [name removed] have been so kind to me and my sister after dealing with a family members' serious mental health hospitalisation and other conditions. They listen attentively and make sensible useful practical suggestions to use including reading materials and invitations to carers group. They can speak from their own personal experiences and what they have found helpful. This is very helpful because they talk about the need to care about yourself and making time for yourself in these difficult situations we find ourselves in. Our concerns regarding to the handling of my sister's case were swiftly discussed with her line manager. It was helpful to know that we can discuss this further with her line manager when the time is right.

[name removed] the agency worker was a wonderful, caring person. He explains things very clearly to me which is reassuring. He is a lovely friendly man.
