The way they tried different methods to aid the healing process of my wounds on both feet, i.e. toes and ankle area. I am not diabetic but it is in the family. I live alone at home and the nurses always have a smile when they come, which puts me at my ease.
Suggested improvements
put on system "items required" for their next visit and read before coming.
