The staff have looked after me very well, with kindness and consideration for most of the, occasionally, the overnight nurses were brusque, abrupt and uncaring. Which I found upsetting. There have been exceptional staff, namely [name removed] and [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] and [name removed]. Thank you, on and [name removed] and cherry, thank you.

Withing 12 hours of my arrival I was left for 3 hours in my chair in no. 5 Robin with only my {}, freezing the bell had been {} and staff ignored my cries for help. This resulted in me ringing both my daughters and my granddaughter (in {} to help me. I was deeply upset. This could have resulted in further {} of my health. This is a safeguarding issue, and needs addressing.
