Fairly easy to arrange appointment. [name removed] (SPN) was very good. Did not rush us and listened to us and our concerns.
Suggested improvements
Maybe better to assess at end of afternoon when { } very tired and things much worse. In ideal world a combined visit with OT would have worked better.
