As answered above. Friendly, enthusiastic staff. [name removed] was keen to go away and learn and research ways to help my daughter and what she was experiencing, bringing back her knowledge and advice to help us. Not only was this helpful to us and our situation it was evident she wanted to help our family and others in the future. As a health care professional myself I know how busy and stretched services can be and so I really appreciate the time and genuine care and compassion shown to us. I think the option of f2f or phone call was great, phone call being the best for us and work life.
