I feel more face to face appointments would be more beneficial, but the regular calls did help. The nurses have extensive knowledge and this really helped. As the GP did not give support before.

I feel that developing an app would be a step forward where you can record bowl movements, medication taken..consistency etc. Then the nurses could access this to see if the children are on the right path.
