Useful information and tips from everyone in the group was fantastic that I felt I didn't need to explain the whole recovery journey everything. Excellent support from [name removed] and [name removed], able to help me after group finished on session.
Suggested improvements
Maybe additional break after 1st hour for comfort break, drinks to help with reduced concentration happened week I but not weeks 2-4.
Maybe check with group. May not be needed every session.

Thank you for your feedback, our fatigue management programme is under constant review. We will ensure our provision for comfort breaks is standard across all weeks.
