[name removed] was the immunisation nurse for my daughter. She asked my daughter if she knew what the vaccines were and explained everything so my daughter understood. She gave my daughter privacy and respect. She was friendly, caring and considerate of my daughter and how she felt. Explaining every step of the process. After the immunisation we talked about all sorts of things while we made sure my daughter was ok. As a parent I felt 100% reassured that my daughter had had a positive and caring experience.

I thought the whole process was fantastic no improvement needed that I can see.
