I really enjoy and look forward to my calls with [name removed], when I am having a bad day [name removed] is very sympathetic and knows just what to say to make me feel better. Even when I am having a good day we have a brilliant chat. Even if [name removed] is away and unable to call I will always be offered a stand in caller. The service has good continuity and is very well done. As i have moved out of the area I will miss my calls with [name removed] but want to thank [name removed] for his time and thank the Befriending Service.

Suggested improvements
The service is great. The only changes that I think would be good if clients can speak to their callers over zoom or facetime so we know what are caller looks like.
