Share review of Community Services - Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

Staff are aware that some of the questions they ask appear to be intrusive and try to be supportive as possible and careful when asking the questions – so they do not cause any upset- however we are aware that at times its not possible. We do ask a lot of questions so we can build a careful picture of the person we are assessing as we need to ensure that the information we collate is correct. I will discuss this with the team – to make them aware of concerns.
