No appointments to be seen or even offered one for the future. Had to self swab which I do not feel has given the correct results. Not the service fault but obviously overstretched service

More staff so more appointments on offer at the time they are needed. Being able to use a toilet to swab within the sexual health area rather than being sent out to a public toilet
