The midwife was very experienced and cared for the well being of my son and me. It was nice to have the option to go to clinic or for have visits as I was unable to drive after the c-section. Very well looked after.

1) Appointments are usually not on time - minimum of 40 mins wait time. - This could be improved. 2) Taking blood could be handled more carefully. 3) Information provided by midwife very helpful and she is friendly.

-Proximity to harrow pre natal care & post natal care. -Ensure that women who are in the early stages of labour have appropriate pain relief -Ensure that women outside the delivery suite in the labour ward can be with their spouses at all time (if they want to be)
