When waiting the staff we very good at keeping the atmosphere at ease making waiting a more pleasant experience - when I was been both doctor and nurse were great helps and very professional.

The care at the clinic has been outstanding my issue, since I started visiting this service 6 months ago is the frustration of never being able to get through on the telephone.
There have been days where I have called up to 13 times.
Last week I called x 4 in one day and was in the queue (in place 1!) for 45 minutes.
