Very nice people, always there to help, will defo recommend.
My care was satisfactory.
Good, knowledgeable care and in a relaxed manner. The only improvement that I can suggest would be given morning or afternoon appointments. We were out at the night of one visit and this would save everyone's time.
Midwives all very friendly and helpful.
The service and people were fantastic, nothing could be improved as the service were excellent.
Close monitoring.
Very clear advice given. Help provided when asked for. Caring service.
My main community midwife Becky Barrett has been fantastic made me feel really at ease and answered all my questions since I am a first time Mum. Gave me all the information and advice that I needed.
Becky was on holiday for one of my appointments and I was booked in with her colleague Emily North. I left that appointment feeling angry and low due to the way she talked to me. She kept going on about my weight being an issue.
My husband and I had already decided we would want the birth in the main delivery suite since its our first baby. But Emily made a point of saying I wouldn't be able to have it anywhere else because of my weight.
Emily then asked why I wasn't under the care of a consultant this was due to my BMI being under the threshold at the beginning of my pregnancy.
I had been loosing weight through the beginning of my pregnancy until baby really started to grow and have only gained 6kg and I'm nearly 37 weeks. Which Becky advised I should be really proud of. I wouldn't want to be seen by Emily again.
Prompt friendly staff and very efficient.
