Thorough. Good to have face to face contact after coming hospital, even if to just reassure. This cannot be replaced by a telephone conversation, it is much better having someone here.

The nurses were very kind and cheerful also helpful in every way. Also I found ringing me when they were visiting me to let me know they were coming during the day, so I could keep the door open to save me getting up to let them in. Very good service from all the staff and a big thank you.
