I wont hear a bad word said about West Swindon,this was not my first visit varying from gall bladder to ears and on every occasion I have been dealt with promptly curtiously and above all professionally by all members of staff. My original hearing aids were fitted by GWH and this visit was regarding an issue with replacement hearing aids fitted at service schedule by another hospital which to put it mildly were rubbish compared to my original ones. GWH deal with me very quickly and sorted everything out - it's nice to be able to be hear again correctly - just keep doing what you do, you deserve you place on the best list.
