I used the service on behalf of my disabled daughter to update her Epilepsy Profile so I feel some of the questions are not appropriate. But I do want to say that the staff member who dealt with the profile was extremely helpful. He followed up everything and contacted the necessary people involved very professionally and very quickly. Although this was a few months ago I did have reason to ask for help again regarding the profile and once again this was dealt with very professionally and very quickly . I do appreciate the time given to me in sorting out something which is very important in my daughters life and concerns a lot of people who are involved with her on a regular basis. The questionnaire came in the post with some paperwork I had requested. I hope this is of some value to you.
