The Pact team were fantastic; inspirational and always considerate. Their professionalism was outstanding throughout and what could have been awkward, at the start became something I looked forward to, Karen especially, projected assurance and consideration. I cannot think of anything which would improve their method of working. Thank you (I wish I have done this 20 years ago). Pace.
