The service and care is great - but having no set appointment times/having to wait in (in one instance until 3.30pm!) with an older child is ridiculous and inconvenient. I would have rather taken baby to the surgery or hospital for the check up! Even on calling the community MW line, which you cant leave messages on, I was told there was no timescales for the visit.
