Although I saw 3 different CMW's each explained everything, including the decision making process with regards referring for growth scans.
My regular midwife was open and honest about hot being certain of protocols in my chosen hospital for birth (different trust). I was put at ease and made to feel valued and validated.

It felt very personal and on-to-one. I was able to deliver my baby in a calm, confident and relaxed environment where I felt safe. Having had my previous baby in hospital, there was no compassion. The midwives were very capable and managed my birth perfectly. Being a nervous patient this was invaluable. I was much better informed throughout and involved in.

All the midwives- individually have been great - really friendly, helpful and polite.
The only thing I would say and I know with NHS cuts, staffing and staff needing day off and to attend didn't but it would be nice to see the same midwife/midwives- as in Stanley I saw four and this week alone in Tengill I have seen three, different ladies- all have been brilliant. It's just you led like glu need a new one and it is nice when you let to know one midwife and the glue need a new one and it is nice when you let to know the {-} handling.

When concern was raised about the health of my son, action was taken swiftly to ensure he got the treatment he needed.
An improvement in the communication between acute services and community would ensure that time was not wasted attempting visits on patients who had been admitted.
