Siobhan who is training midwife was fantastic explained loads doing with Debbie who also helped explain about whats to come
All the midwifes have been lovely and supportive. Had a good advice on breastfeeding which was helpful. I think the care has been brilliant.
Always answer questions best they can very helpful
I always know what is going on week to week which is really good.
I found all midwives who visited me to be both friendly & very knowledgeable
I recieved a phone call every day as promised to discuss how breast feeding was going.
All procedures were explained very clearly and in a friendly manner.I couldn´t find anything that could be improved.
Good = clear information
Improvement = more availability of early morning appointments - prioritised for people who are working.
The staff was always polite and always answerd qestions. The only improvement would be times of visit we are a Buisy Cupple and needed more of a ruff. Time of visit instead of just the day.
