Appointments always kept. Appointment times kept to well. Lots of training/courses/extra care offered, although I wasn't able to attend many of these due to having commitments with my other child. I occasionally felt rushed in some appointments and when my appointments were covered by alternative staff not all information I should have been given was done so at the time.
