All staff were friendly and welcoming. They put you at ease straight away.
Everything was cooked in the post natal checks, l felt l could ask about anything and get an informative answer.
Care has very good and midwife has very informative and frienldy.
Regular appointments and some degree of flexibility. Parent craft and breast feeding workshops were very useful. Always someone on the end of he phone if questions/ problems.
It would be reassuring if midwife could offer more time/ reassurance rather than referring to GP-ie. I was concerned about on inverted ripple. As l'm waiting to .
Everyone was very supportive about preparing for a VBAC very encouraging, giving me lots of information and a look at the birthing pool when l was interested in using it.
Could not fault the care given by the staff.
