Good that they come to the house to check the baby, they take care of the mum as well, they keep giving you advice about breastfeeding, they ring you now and again to ask how things are going on.
Not good that they don't give you a time period of when the visit will take place (I would rather be told e.g morning between 11 - 12).
I was seen straight away the next day after delivery.
Happy with all aspects of care since coming home, informative and all aspects explained in detail.
Improvements only would be to maybe have an appointment time but I know this may prove difficult.
Everything has been explained fully and next steps explained.
We did need to go to hospital for second jaundice test and were told to wait for results as would only be an hour but we waited 2 and 1/2 hours.
Care from midwives has always been excellent.
All fine.
