Really helpful when unsure about anything, care was really good with me and baby.
The advice I received. How gentle midwives were with my baby and Heel Prick.
Frequency of visits after the birth.
Call back after leaving a message on the office answer machine.
Concerns over a rash/constipation were sorted the same day.
Very happy with the care.
Useful advice on breastfeeding and support with other questions and concerns.
Everything was good from the start to finish.
Helpful team who answered all of my queries and concerns. Maybe appointment time would be great so I know when I need to stay in rather than waiting in all day.
Lisa and Janine were both lovely and I felt I could talk to them about any issues or concerns I had. They were very welcoming to both me and my husband and I enjoyed attending any appts. Thank you both very much and I wish you both well in your futures.
Fabulous midwives! :-).
My midwife offered me plenty of care and support, helped me through my pregnancy and treated me with kindness and respect. I would definitely recommend this midwife :-)
Very friendly staff. I feel I have received good antenatal care despite being seen by 4 different community midwives during my 40 weeks antenatal care at my local doctors surgery. No complaints very good standard of care given by all midwives.
Regular appointments and flexibility. Well informed of any concerns I had were discussed in depth. Care included support for myself but also my partner which allowed him to be just as involved as myself. Delays at beginning in getting in touch. Limited support and information provided until 12 weeks.
