Our community care assistant (Rachel) and community midwife (Collette) have been amazing, they have made every point of contact feel personal and made us feel that they genuinely cared, I would have really struggled with these first 2 weeks if it wasn't for the help and advice we have received from them. They are a credit to the NHS!
