I have attended the antenatal aqua aerobics's class since September 2013 and I have enjoyed these classes immensely. Due to these classes been ran by midwifes they are happy to help you with all issues/worries/concerns/advise, etc you may need. Unfortunately I had to go out of my area to attend these classes which is a big shame and I think more people would attend these classes if they were closer to home and at better times and have transport. Not only are the midwifes very good and very friendly with years of experience the ladies who have attended this class have been lovely. Also these women who live in this area and attending these classes are seeing and having a better relationship with their midwife, unlike myself who has up to now seen 7 different midwifes (not including the 2 midwifes to take these classes!!). I am lucky to say I have had a healthy pregnancy and haven't needed any additional help or support.
